Volunteer Readers Programme (VRP) came to UpOnline looking for assistance with their upcoming campaign. Part of this campaign included an email newsletter that was to be sent out to prospective donors, highlighting their progress since the beginning of the pandemic and enticing them to donate. Our team created an email newsletter that beautifully incorporated their branding and voice while including plenty of call-to-actions to donate. Check out the newsletter below:
The campaign was a great success, and Lenora Butler (founder of VRP) commented:
I wish to thank you and your wonderful staff for the professional and expert services VRP recieved from UpOnline. The gift of managing this year's fundraising campaign is hugely appreciated and it was successful not only in terms of donations raised, but also in our individual productivity due to the responsiveness and flexibility of UpOnline's staff and especially Hassaan Khan.
Fundraising practices of each Board member were accommodated, and they described the eBlast as "beautifully constructed" and the process as "moving us forward". On a personal note, the daily feedback and easy of list preparation/mailout was a huge timesaver for me, as was the receipt preparation and list management.
I do hope we'll have the opportunity to work with UpOnline again.
The Grief Centre, formerly known as the Dr. Jay Charitable Foundation, was a notable cause that UpOnline has supported for many years. Recently, our team have helped design and built an informative and responsive website to correspond with their new branding and mission. We have also designed a new email newsletter to illustrate and deliver their mission statement to existing and new donors.
