Basic Realtor Package - $325/Month
- 8-10 posts /month on each social network
- Review of listings, neighbourhoods, market stats, and testimonials
- $25/$50 for additional listing posts
Enhanced Package - $525/Month
- Everything in the Basic Package plus
- Additional Animated content
- Assistance in processing supplied videos with titles, branding, and other edits/processing
Maximum Package - $895/Month
- Max level includes everything in the Enhanced level, the add-ons, and:
- Assistance in drafting responses to replies, liking posts, or following relevant profiles who engage with your agent profile(s)
Add-ons
- Boosting / SM Ads : $25-$50 + cost of ad
- Video overlay (Titles / Logo) $50 - $100 /post
- +$100/month or $50/each to prepare new listing posts (coming soon / for sale_lease / open house / sold) requiring quick / 2-day turnaround
